ALISA PROJECT · PARIS
Safe Room.
Beyond the Body.
Back to Yourself.
A judgment-free peer-support community in Paris for people navigating difficult relationships with food, body image, self-worth, and the pressure to be perfect.
A place to talk about what often stays hidden: food guilt, body comparison, the need for control, and the feeling that your body is never good enough.
You don't have to explain everything. You don't even have to speak. Sometimes, connecting with people who understand similar experiences can make you feel less alone.
Paris · Small groups · No pressure to share
WHY SAFE ROOM EXISTS
Some things are too hard to share.
Until you meet someone who understands.
I know how exhausting this secret war can be.
— Alisa, Founder of Alisa Project
For years, I struggled with my relationship with food and my body. I know what it's like when thoughts about eating, appearance, and control take up more space in your life than you want them to.
And I know how difficult it can be to explain those feelings to people who have never experienced them.
That's why I created Safe Room — a place where we can speak about these experiences without shame, judgment, or pressure.
